Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by the participating restaurant location (“Sponsor”), administered through the QuickBitesAI platform operated by QuickBitesAI. The Sponsor is solely responsible for prize fulfillment.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, QuickBitesAI, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes runs monthly. Each calendar month constitutes a separate sweepstakes period. Entries do not carry over between months.

4. How to Enter — Two Methods

1. Method 1 — Purchase Visit: Scan the QR code at the restaurant and complete the feedback form. No purchase is required to use this method, but a visit to the restaurant is required to access the QR code.
2. Method 2 — Free Alternate Entry: Visit quickbites.ai/your-location/enter and complete the entry form. No purchase necessary.

Limit: one (1) entry per person per sweepstakes period per location. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected per location per month. Prize: Gift card or cash equivalent at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value: see location.

6. Winner Selection

Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. Drawing will occur within 7 days after the close of each monthly period. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Winner will be notified by SMS or phone call using the contact information provided at entry. If winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.

8. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prize value. A 1099 form may be issued for prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year.

9. General Conditions

QuickBitesAI and Sponsor reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this sweepstakes will be used for administration of the sweepstakes and as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Florida, New York, and Rhode Island Residents

Sweepstakes prizes valued at $5,000 or more per year require registration in FL, NY, and RI. Current prize value is below the registration threshold, which does not require registration. This notice will be updated if prize structure changes.
